Right of return

Our return policy is 90 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 90 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain product types are non-returnable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Non-returnable additional items:

  • Gift vouchers

  • Downloadable software

  • Some health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
Please do not send the return directly to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of wear.

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, video cassettes, software, video games, audio cassettes or records.

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts, unless this is our fault.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable):

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Please contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

  • Contact your bank, as processing time is often required before the refund becomes visible.
